01 · Group class
A 45–60 minute class for parents and children aged 8 and up. Strength, cardio, circuits and games, with everyone working at their own level.
You train together. Your child isn’t sat on a bench watching you, and you’re not stood at the side of a pitch watching them. Nobody needs to be fit or sporty to start.

02 · Private coaching
Your family, one coach, no one else in the room. We build the session around what you actually want—getting your child moving more, getting yourself back into training, or both at once.
It suits families where a group class wouldn’t work: a child who finds crowds hard, siblings four years apart, or a parent coming back from injury.
Sessions can include strength work, conditioning and games, all fitted around school and work. Start with a free consultation, with no obligation either way.

03 · Pads & technique
Pad work, footwork and technique, taught properly, for you and your child together. You’ll learn stance, guard, combinations and how to move.
This isn’t a fitness class with gloves on. Kids pick it up fast, and it’s usually the session that wins over the ones who insist they don’t like sport.
No sparring. No contact.
Just pads and coaching, paced to whoever is in the room. Never boxed before is completely normal.
Qualified, experienced, welcoming

Fifteen years in the industry, a lot of it running fitness classes for families.
“I’ve always loved training, but what I like more is watching what happens to someone in the first few weeks of moving properly. Having two kids of my own changed how I saw all of it. Family life turns into work, school, screens, dinner, bed, and nobody gets any time. That’s really why this exists.”Enhanced DBS checked

“At 15 I was 18 stone. I changed how I ate, started moving, and took the weight off slowly. That’s the whole reason I do this job. I know what it’s like to be the least fit person in the room, and I know getting a family active isn’t as simple as booking a class.”Dad of two · Enhanced DBS checked
Why we started this
Between us we’d spent years training people one at a time, and years watching parents drop kids at a club and sit in the car for an hour.
It seemed like a waste. Same hour, same building, two people who barely see each other during the week.
So we built sessions where you both train. That’s it, really.Real people, real results
